@F6exb and @Everyone, comparing the texts in fuergod.pdf has lead me to change one line in my tableau to
g ACDBHJFIGEMNLKOTRSPQYZVUXW
Thanks/cheers.
I have NOT looked at the encipherment of digits, and they differ between the two PDFs mentioned in this thread.
Here is a corrected plaintext, including many missing umlauted vowels and expanded numbers (letters between Qs),
and some typos (e.g., DEMNAECHSU for DEMNÄCHST and LYBIEN for LIBYEN) by the encryptors:GANZ ZUVERLAESSIGER VERTRAUENSMANN MELDET UNTERM DRITTEN AUGUST YY ITALIENISCHER DAMPFER SUMATRA SOLL DEMNAECHSU REST DES DRITOEN ERYTHRAEISCHEE BATAILLONS UND DAS SECHSZEHNTE BATAILLON UND URLAUBER VON LYBIEN NACH PORT SAID UEBER FUEHREN SOWIE VON PORT SAID DAS ERSTE ELFTE UND ZWOELFTE BATAILLON NACH LYBIEN BRINGEN Y DAS QHZQ X BATL Y IST AUGEN BLICKLICH IN BENGHASI X ES SOLL DURCH DAS QHPQ Y ERSETZT WERDEN X DIE ERXTHRAEISCHEN BATAILLONE IN LYBIEN SIND SEHR GESCHWAECHT X DAS IN LXBIEN BEFINDLICxE QHDQ Y BATL Y ZAEHLT NUR NOCH QPDFQ MANN Y ZWISCHEN LXBIEN UND PORT SAID VERKEHRT ALLE ZEHN TAGE EIN POSTDHHPFER Y DER AUCH FUER TRUPPENTRANSPORTE BENUTZT WIRD X POL Y QJFFVGQ

My program give me the same plaintext.
Now I have to fight with your ciphertext 🙂24th January 2021 at 10:29 am #53102F6exbParticipantMD5 of KEY + F6EXB : 13db7c52478bf0afec314bc1573266da

patters emerge.a:ECDBA FJIGH LKONM SPQTR ZUXVWY b:BADCFGE IHJ NOKML SRPTQ WXVYUZ c:CDAB GHEJFI KMPOLN TRQS XUZWVY d:BAC HDJFEGI LONPKM SQR UZTYVWX e:ACDB HJFIGE MNLKO TRSPQ YZVUXW f:WYZVX ABCEFD MJIGKHPLNSROQUT g:VYXUZW CABED IHGF LKNMJ QOTPSR h:UXZWYV AEBCFD IHGJ NKML SPORTQ i:XUVZYW ACBED GIHJF KMONL TRSQP j k:SQR YVXUZTW BDCAE JHKIFG PMONL l:RTS WVYZUX FACBED JKIGH ONMPQL m:TRSQ YWXZVU EBACD KFJIGH MLPNO n:RQPS ZWTVUXY DBCA GIEJHKF ONLM o:LOPNM QSR TUV ZXYW CAB HEDGJFKI p:MOLN PSRQ XTYWZUV ADCB HFIKEJG q r:PONM RTSQ WYUXZV CAB EDF JGKHIL s:LMON TQRPS ZXUYVW BACDE GJHFKI t:MOKNL QSRP WZTVUXY DBACE FJGIH u:HFIG NMJKOL QPSR VTZUWXY BEDCA v:EDIGHF LMKPONRQJ SUXTZWVY CAB w:IEHFG LOMJKN QPTRS XWYUZV BADC x y z:IFHJG NKLMPO TSRQ VYUXZW DBCAE
I do wish I had access to all of the intercepted messages, so I could check these.

Tranow, Fenner or another ?26th January 2021 at 11:34 am #53124MadnessParticipant“Wilhelm” is just a nickname given to the cipher by nonGerman cryptanalysts.
26th January 2021 at 2:03 pm #53126F6exbParticipantMaybe because this cipher is use in Kaiser Wilhelm’s country?
